摘要(Abstract):

本文综述了鲜竹沥最新测定的化学成份和作为中药、饮料对人体健康的重要作用;介绍了生产鲜竹沥的几种方法,其中压榨法具有提取的有效成份多,原料综合利用率100%,无污染等特点;最后分析指出了市场对鲜竹沥大量需求的前景和生产鲜竹沥以综合利用竹材为原则的发展趋势。
This paper summarizes the present situation and developmental tendency of researches on fresh bamboo sap and its newly determines chemical components,and its important value for human health as a traditional Chinese medecine or a drink.In addition,a description is given of some methods of producing fresh bamboo sap and an analysis is made of the market prospets of fresh bamboo sap and the comprehensive utilization of bamboo material for its production.
