水合霉素对松材线虫病的影响

摘要(Abstract):

松材线虫病是松树的一种毁灭性病害。为进一步弄清细菌在病害中的作用 ,本文筛选了几种对细菌菌株GD1有抑菌活性的抗菌剂 ,在马尾松 (Pinusmassoniana)水培 1a~ 2a生离体松枝上测定了其对病害发生的影响。结果表明 ,红霉素和环丙沙星对菌株GD1均有较强的抑菌活性 ,水合霉素的抑菌活性较弱 ,叶枯宁、菌毒清、农用链霉素、青霉素钠和氯霉素均没有抑菌活性 ;离体松枝上的试验显示 ,水合霉素能减轻混合接种松材线虫 (Bursaphelenchusxylophilus)和菌株GD1松枝的病情 ,而红霉素和环丙沙星无此现象 ,从而再次证明了细菌在松材线虫病中的重要作用。据此提出了从细菌和松材线虫两方面入手的该病防治策略
Pine wood nematode disease is a most devastating disease of pine trees. In order to clarify further the role of the bacterium in the disease,several antibacterial agents against bacterial strain GD1 were screened out and were used to determine their effect on the disease on one year or two years old aquacultural excised branches of Pinus massoniana. The results showed that both erythromycin and ciprofloxacin had stronger antibacterial activity against bacterial strain GD1,the antibacterial activity of oxytetracycline hydrochloride was weaker,and Yekuning,Junduqing,agricultural streptomycin,sodium penicillin and chloromycetin had no antibacterial activity. The results of the trial on masson (pine's) excised branches indicated that oxytetracycline hydrochloride could lighten the disease of the branches inoculated with the mixture of pine wood nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) and bacterial strain GD1,while erythromycin and ciprofloxacin could not. Thus the standpoint that the bacterium plays an important role in pine wood nematode disease was demonstrated once again. Disease control strategy by controlling both bacterium and pine wood nematode was accordingly proposed.
