摘要(Abstract)：

本文介绍了珙县的林权现状,就集体林权制度改革进程中存在的突出问题、对在森林资源管理上面临的挑战提出了对策建议。
This article deals with the present situation of forest rights in Gong County and possible prominent problems appearing in the course of the collective forest right system reform and challenges,and puts forward some strategies and suggestions.
