黄柏锈病的初步研究A Primary Study of Phellodendron Chinense Rust

摘要(Abstract)：
本文以荥经县川黄柏种植基地为主要观测点 ,对黄柏叶锈病发生情况进行了调查。病害发生程度与海拔高度相关性不明显 ,而与林龄密切相关 ,1a生的发病明显重于 3a生。黄柏锈病病原菌夏孢子的超微结构研究显示 ,夏孢子表面有一个呈塔状的疣状结构 ,其疣的高度为 1 8μm～ 3.0 μm。
A detailed investigation on leaf rust of Phellodendron chinense was conducted in Yingjing county,Sichuan.It was found that the rust occurrence was not significantly related to the elevation,but closely interrelated to the tree age.In general,the disease incidence of annual plants was more serious than that of three-year plants.The ultrastructure of the urediniospore detection by electron microscopy revealed that there was a verruca of about 1.8 μm～3.0 μm in length on the surface,just like a pagoda in appearance.
