印楝种籽初制工艺技术装备的研制Development of Technological Equipments Extracting Azadirachta indica Seeds

摘要(Abstract):
本文对印楝种籽的加工机理进行了研究,提出了满足生产需要的工艺路线,研制出了差速螺旋齿双级对滚破壳设备、吸风分离设备,获得了较好的加工效果。
In this paper researches are conducted on the processing mechanism of Azadirachta indica(Neem)seeds,and the processing techniques satisfying production demands are put forward.A stagger-speed spiral gear double class equipment towards rolling to break a hull and a equipment to absorb a breeze separation are researched and manufactured,acquiring a better processing results.
