凤尾丝兰子房及其离体培养过程中过氧化物酶活性研究

摘要(Abstract)：
本试验采用愈创木酚法对凤尾丝兰子房及其离体培养过程中几个主要分化阶段的过氧化物酶活性进行了测定和分析,发现过氧化物酶活性在凤尾丝兰子房离体培养过程中出现明显而又有规律的变化.对这种变化.我们认为是由于植物激素的作用,导致基因活性差异引起的.
