摘要(Abstract)：

本文对新形势下林业科技档案在归档、利用和管理等方面出现了新的情况和问题以及应对措施提出了几点自己的观点:1.林业科技档案意识有待加强;2.逐步实现林业科技档案管理现代化;3.领导重视是关键;4.科技档案工作者服务意识的转变。
This paper treats of the new situation and issues and measures in filing, utilizing and management of forestry scientific and technological files,and put forward following ideas:1.Forestry's scientific and technological file consciousness remains to be strengthened; 2.Progressively realizing the scientific and technological modernization of management of files of forestry; 3.It is a key that the leader pays attention to files work; 4.Transition of consciousness of the scientific and technological files workers.
